TOPFLOOR Group is a European leader in the field of raised access floors production. The Group was founded in 1986, it grew up in time and now it is the only in Europe able to offer all the typologies of raised access floors required on the market: panels of wood chipboard or calcium sulphate are introduced both in the classical version with bordering side and in the new generation of steel encapsulated.
Topfloor group products are all made in Italy and the manufacturing plant is located in an industrial area 50 km far from Rome. The production area is made up of two back-to-back plants for a total ground surface of around 5.000 square meters.
During these years the company produced more than 4 millions square meters of raised floors and exported in more than 25 nations all over the world.
The research on different types of products and special finishes generated a new concept of raised floor finally suitable even for those environments traditionally unwilling to envisage the use of this system. The continued focus on technological aspects allows Topfloor to a production capacity of approximately 378,000 square meters per year (1.050.000 panels), providing customers with the best possible dynamic, timeliness and reliability.
All those features allow Topfloor group to be part of the highest quality standards conform to the Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001: 2015.
To integrate and satisfy any specific request in its 30 years of activity, Topfloor studied, in collaboration with primary architects and engineers, dedicated solutions of applications of covering as for ceramics, parquets, natural stones, textiles and resilient materials with an high aesthetic custom value.
Furthermore, a complete range of new conception loose laid coverings enlarges the possible design choices.
In 2008 Topfloor group incorporated a new entity, GW Company s.r.l., that plans, produces and proposes a new generation of raised access floors composed by steel encapsulated panels with chipboard core and calcium sulphate core.
GW panels are produced under the European Patent n. 1409812. From the innovative patent, GW Company developed a fully automatic production line, one of the most modern in the world, that can produce up to 900 panels/hour.
Thanks to its innovative design, GW steel encapsulated panels grant higher load capacity and are synonymous of duration in time with no matter of deformation, calibration or noise.
