In the early 1990s, Danilo Dionisi, newly married to Angela Pellico, began to join his parents Giovanni and Giovanna in their small company that had been in business since 1976 in the production of plastic items. In just a few years he was the promoter of a profound transformation, renewing the collections and expanding the range of materials used. A desire to do and experiment that led Mr. and Mrs. Dionisi to establish together in 1999 Le Bomboniere di Angie, whose name is a blatant tribute to Mrs. Angela, and a sign of the deep bond of love, solidarity and mutual support that unites them.

Strengthened by their union and common passion for handcrafted wedding favors, the Dionisi’s have from the very first moment based their business on entirely made in Italy workmanship, constant search for quality and original models, countering the invasion of low-profile imported products. A choice that has rewarded the company and allowed it to record a steady growth trend, in recent years even accelerated. A fact that is even more surprising in the difficult phase of global recession, against a backdrop of business in crisis and companies forced to close, especially in the ceremony and favor sector.

In the sign of family continuity, today Danilo and Angela Dionisi are joined by their sons Francesco and Alessio, who give the company a fundamental contribution of ideas and projects. A ferment of activity and concrete commitment to grow, constantly evolving and anticipating market trends, which has proved to be a successful formula and led to the recent transformation, in early 2018, from sole proprietorship Le Bomboniere di Angie to the current Angie.
